With changing times, the Indian population is moving towards fitness and overall well-being as a means to de-stress themselves from hectic work pressure, and combat unhealthy eating habits and sedentary lifestyles. With the profound changes in the lifestyle and income levels of people, the wellness industry in India has become a sunrise sector. The client intended to capitalize on this opportunity on a national scale. The challenge was the start-up city which was not used to spending much on spas and wellness. And a bigger challenge was to break the negative perception of spa built due to some shady establishments.

A round of campaigns involving print, OOH and experiential media powered by highly focused creative approach helped in creating a buzz in the city and surrounding locations. An overwhelming response motivated the client to go on an expansion spree. New city launches, promotions and constant communication with customers through all possible means. The result : One of the biggest and most admired wellness brand in the country – Spa Treat. Go, treat yourself.
